Faculty members from the College of Law – University of Anbar participated in chairing and serving on the committee for the defense of a scientific dissertation in the field of Internal Security Forces Sciences, submitted by Major Mohammad Adel Barakat, at the High Institute for Security and Administrative Development – Ministry of Interior, on the morning of Saturday, April 19, 2025.

The defense was conducted in a rigorous academic atmosphere, culminating in the conferral of the appropriate academic title upon the researcher, who holds Syrian nationality, in recognition of his distinguished efforts and contributions to his field of study.

This participation reflects the ongoing academic collaboration between Iraqi universities and national security institutions, and highlights the active role of academia in advancing specialized scientific research.

At the conclusion of the defense, the participating faculty members expressed their sincere appreciation to the administration of the High Institute for Security and Administrative Development for their warm reception, generous hospitality, and kind farewell.
