On the morning of Sunday, April 13, 2025, and with the blessings of allah  Almighty, a twinning and joint cooperation agreement was signed between the College of Law at the University of Anbar, represented by its Dean, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Ouda Mohammed, and the College of Law at Al-Maarif University, represented by its Dean, Professor Dr. Khalid Awad Al-Alwani.
